Hi!
Just found your blog, I too mourn the Vegan Lunchbox! I really like your blog - especially since I am not vegan, so it's nice to see some good food options that pack well and include meat and cheese (organic of course!)
Just a few suggestions/thoughts ... Some of your pictures are a little blurry. I think one of the things that made the Vegan Lunchbox so popular were her consistantly great pictures - good lighting and they always seemed close up and really made the food look appetizing. Also, I love the waste generated points, but could you give us a ratings for how the kids like the food, even just thumbs up or down? And lastly, any recipes for the foods? Some of them look awesome and I'd love to give them a try.
Thanks again and kudos for giving your kids such great, healthy lunches!
:)
Hope all is well. My son misses seeing what you pack everyday!
Hi! I just saw your comment on Full Belly Farms site and after checking out your blog I'm impressed. Healthy, creative and kid-friendly recipes, way to go!
I just came across your blog and it's great. I actually like it better than vegan lunchbox b/c I can replicate your lunches without tons of effort.
Hope you keep this up!
Jennifer
Thanks for all your comments and suggestions!
Noodles are also great for breakfast, but I don't know what Kale is. I haven't heard it before.
